Guarantee & Return Policy
At Spring Creek Gift Baskets, we strive for excellence in all aspects of our business. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, please contact customer service within 3 business days of delivery (day package is received is day one). All refunds are issued as store credits to be used on your next purchase and all returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase unless otherwise instructed. All returns and exchanges are returned at your expense. If you need to return any item, please contact us for details.
Gift Baskets – Due to the perishable nature of many items within gift baskets we do not give refunds unless it is an extreme case. However we will do everything possible to correct the situation. If you choose to return it for a refund and you are approved for that refund, we will issue you a store credit valued at 50% of the original gift. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
Other Merchandise - You may return any product undamaged for any reason at all. There is a $10 restocking fee for general merchandise on returnable items. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
Local Deliveries- Local deliveries are available upon request. Call (970) 249-4158. Because our production facilities are located in different areas across the United Stated, you will be charged shipping from one of the facilities to our office in Montrose and a minimal delivery charge.
Hospital & Hotel Deliveries
Deliveries to hospitals and hotels are NOT RECOMMENDED. Since their deliveries normally go to a general receiving department and then get routed to the recipient’s room, we do not guarantee these deliveries. Sorry, no refunds will be given should you decide to ship to these types of locations. Therefore if you place your order with a hospital or hotel delivery address, we will assume you have taken all this into account and will ship your order per your request. Instead of a hospital delivery, we highly recommend that you ship to either a nearby family member if possible or to the patient’s home address.
Holiday Deadlines
During the holiday seasons, we will post a suggested final date to place orders using various shipping methods. This information is provided by our carriers and is no way a "guarantee" that your package will arrive in time for that holiday. This is simply a courtesy we provide. To alleviate this possible disappointment, we would strongly encourage you to have your orders placed earlier than the suggested final date. Thank you for your understanding.
Delayed Shipping
Orders held for delayed shipping will be packaged and shipped via our UPS Ground shipping method. If you have a specific date for arrival, just let us know in the comments section of the order form and we will do our best to have it arrive at that time.
